We are a team of healthcare professionals, staff and volunteers who are dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life and bereavement care for individuals and their families in Vancouver.
In addition to offering quality end-of-life and bereavement care at our 8-bed residential hospice, we provide a range of support services to individuals with a life-limiting illness during the last year of life, and their families within the Vancouver community.
We embrace a patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on dignity, comfort and respect for all.
